Hillary Clinton recently ran an ad campaign about health care for everyone. She neglected to mention that "everyone" does not include the unborn. Mrs. Clinton comes down solidly on the side of would-be mothers who prefer the option of terminating their pregnancies by slaughtering the baby before it ever has a chance to experience life.

Millions of people will never be given the choices Mrs. Clinton brags about.
